In a world where becoming a player in the ecological transition is paramount, the principles of a green approach have seen the light of day. The use of ecological linen, bamboo, ethical wool, sustainable hemp and even vegetable-based leather in textile/accessory production has seen the light of day in order to take the most eco-responsible and ethical approach possible.

For the brand, integrating eco-design is a fundamental principle for every sneaker. To achieve this, we aim to help manage resources responsibly, sustainably and ethically: the use of waste materials. Why produce again what already exists? That's where it all starts. 

We've designed eco-friendly shoes with recycling in mind, using recycled plastic from marine waste, recycled polyester and leather from the food industry. Each sneaker is therefore 100% recycled.

We also use natural fibers and plant-based materials in the design of our sneakers, such as organic cotton for our laces and shoe bags. This has enabled us to be certified by the PETA, SEAQUAL INITIATIVE and OEKO-TEX labels, and to design an ethical, responsible and committed sneaker for you.

Each sneaker is designed for both men and women. Our sneakers are made from recycled materials: the leather in each sneaker comes from the food industry, and the nylon from ocean plastics. Depending on your choice of responsible sneaker, it can be 100% vegan or 100% leather, combining style, comfort and durability in a single product with reduced carbon impact. Each pair of sneakers is designed in Paris and handcrafted not far from Porto, to guarantee quality footwear with as neutral an environmental footprint as possible.

Our iconic sneakers are renowned for their originality and versatility. The MEAKER, HEAKER, DEAKER and BEAKER sneakers ensure polished looks while being the perfect shoe for your everyday wardrobe. Their mix of materials (suede calfskin, matte and gloss varnishes) and colors make them distinctive, modern and completely versatile. The VIVACE and EVAN are 100% vegan, with recycled nylon canvas. They're lightweight, ideal for sunny days. Their low-profile cuts give them a sophisticated urban look that goes perfectly with shorts, jeans or a skirt.

To ensure a reduced carbon footprint, the brand works on the weight of each shoe. This involves working on the weight of the soles of each sneaker. The brand aims to get as close as possible to carbon neutrality. The lightness of a sneaker is synonymous with a reduction in carbon emissions during transport and a greater sense of well-being when worn. We also sometimes compromise between lightness and recycling, since some of our soles are entirely recycled, but never on comfort.

We are also committed to social responsibility and transparency, ensuring fair working conditions and decent wages for our craftsmen, because without them and their expertise in footwear, we would be nothing. We are committed to ethical and responsible production, and to the defense of fair trade craftsmanship. Regular audits are carried out by experts to optimize facilities and guarantee respect for the fundamental rights of the craftsmen who make each sneaker.

Extending the life of your shoes starts before you've even worn them. Your sneakers need to be waterproofed, so you can easily clean them in the event of stains. Use the right products for the materials on your shoes: a damp cloth is all you need for waterproofed nylons and patent leather sneakers. Suede rubber is ideal for suede shoes. Waterproof your sneaker at least once a month.

Don't forget that a shoe shouldn't be worn every day, and that it's important to let it “rest” every other day to avoid rapid wear.

The brand aims to offer ethical sneakers that are rooted in a responsible fashion approach. This commitment is reflected in the materials used in the responsible production of our sneakers: cotton, recycled nylons, leather from the food industry, recycled rubber, etc. Our materials are sourced within 20 kilometers of the factory to reduce the ecological impact of transporting each sneaker, as well as our desire to offer the most durable shoes possible.

We source our materials within 20 kilometers of our factory in Portugal. Our materials come from the food industry for the leather and from marine plastic waste recovered from the sea around the Strait of Gibraltar for the nylons of each sneaker. A responsible and ethical shoe for everyone.

Waterproof your shoes as soon as you receive them, especially recycled canvas and nylons. Clean your sneakers regularly with a damp cloth to prevent stains from becoming embedded.

Our models are not specially designed for sports and do not provide the expected sporting performance, although the DEBUT model is inspired by the world of sports.

Exchanges and returns are free throughout Europe. For an exchange or return, simply send us an e-mail to [email protected], and we'll send you a slip so that you can send the pair back to us and we can proceed with the exchange or return. 

Marine waste is harvested with Seaqual, which encourages fishermen to recover this plastic by providing them with financial compensation. We audit our factory to guarantee workers' rights, and manufacture sneakers in small series using ethical materials. We are working towards carbon neutrality by reducing the weight of our soles so that less carbon is emitted during transport.

We also work with a community of independent artists to showcase their work and support their projects.

Each of the brand's shoes is made in a factory not far from Porto in Portugal. The brand seeks to promote the know-how of craftsmen by encouraging local, responsible manufacturing.
