ME.LAND + P. a colorful association !

P. is a Parisian street artist. It is called Pierre Merriaux with 2 R and its logo with 3 P. He roams every night the Parisian bitumen, seizes objects, walls, cobblestones or mirrors and marks its print in a few minutes with colored painting bombs. Today, his works awaken the world of street art in Paris. His works unfold an intriguing suite of repetitive motifs combining curves and organic forms straight inspired by the world of biology. His drawings use primary colors that burst in the street in the light of day.

ME.LAND is craftsmen made eco-responsible sneaker brand. Inspired from good boys with a rebel heart. It offers an unusual mix of inspirations, materials and colours with a great attention to details. It emerges a daily behaviour. A way to make one’s own route. The philosophy of this adventure is quite simple : Stay wise ? Follow the rules ? Why not. Provided that there is no way, one can erase his own character !

The meeting of the brand and the artist was obvious. It allows to combine the obsession of gesture, matter and beauty on the same object.

Pierre Merriaux uses tattoo inks to hand-paint each shoe with a marker and a practised gesture. A contemporary way to reinvent the patina technique ! The sneakers will be finalized by a natural wax polish made by hand for an exceptional long lasting item.
