ADRIENNE PAULY love ya, guys!
Ten years ago, Adrienne Pauly sang "J'veux un mec" (I want a guy), was nominated for the Victoires de la Musique, and made a lasting impression with her endearing and incandescent personality. Since then, she has acted in films with Chabrol, Depardieu, Cornillac, and Besnehard. She has also sung with the Rita Mitsouko alongside Lavilliers and Adamo. She will soon return with an album we can't wait for.
We might be upset with her, but we'll forgive her because it's a pleasure to see her. Because with Adrienne Pauly, we love each other a lot, we love each other badly, we love each other too much, but love is there! Tender or cruel, full of passion or "there's nothing there"! Terrifying and funny... From the "excuse-me-hist" to this girl who would like to "forget the hours, forget that we die," her songs are not a reflection of her life, they are life itself, and that's why we love her.
ME.LAND asked several artists from the French music scene to be the face of the collection. We did not want to erase or appropriate their characters; each of them posed with their own look and chose the shoes they preferred.
When we asked Adrienne to participate in the ME.LAND adventure, she didn't hesitate for a moment. She came to the Musée national Jean-Jacques Henner as if it were her home and proudly posed, in her black jacket, on the roof of the house. MEAKER on her feet!

ME.LAND are more than just sneakers. A daily attitude emerges from the blend of inspirations, materials, and colors. The philosophy of this adventure is simple: Stay on track? Follow the rules? Why not? Provided there's no way to erase one's own character. And that's why we're proud to have Adrienne Pauly in the band!
