European law provides for a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, allowing you to cancel your purchase and be reimbursed without justification. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with intact tags.

How to return your items?

Simply send us an email at contact@melandofficiel.com so that we can proceed with the requested exchange or return. The reason for your return must be indicated in your email.

Once your return request is made, you will receive an email confirming its registration. This email serves as an acknowledgment of receipt for your right of withdrawal.

Then you will need to follow these steps:

1 – Close the shipping box with your products inside

2 – Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with intact tags.

3 – Close the box and affix the return slip sent by ME.LAND to the top.

4 – Drop off the package with the carrier indicated in our return validation email, along with the return slip.

5 – Your order will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the items. If everything is in order, a refund will be automatically issued, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
