ME.LAND is much more than just shoes. From the blend of inspirations, materials and colors emerges an everyday behavior. The philosophy of this adventure is simple: Staying on track? Following the rules? Why not? Provided there is no way to erase one's own character.
ME.LAND invited artists from the French music scene. Emma Daumas agreed to pose for ME.LAND sneakers. No question of erasing or appropriating her personality, she posed with her own look and chose the pair she wanted. Her choice immediately fell on our classic MEAKER in white and navy, our iconic ME.LAND sneaker.
Who doesn't know Emma Daumas? After starting her career on TV in Graines de Stars and Star Academy, 4 albums and 1 novel, Emma Daumas returns with a new, self-produced opus, far from the dictates of record labels.
L'art des naufrages is a pop album, in French with real lyrics. The album of a long journey through life, a funny odyssey, but an album of ten songs; ten entities that, discovered separately, would easily find their place in a radio program, but which, considered as a whole, will tell you ten years of a woman's life. A woman who, against winds, perils, misfortunes and great joys, never stopped wanting to share her assumed freedom with her public.
And then, coincidence or not, Emma Daumas supports the Azur project which encourages the collection of plastic waste in the Mediterranean. This is also our philosophy with our VIVACE 100% Vegan and recycled. We are happy to carry out this common project together.
