The VIVACE is a 100% vegan and 100% recycled sneaker. This version in recycled denim has a chic and timeless style. Inspired by 80s European sports sneakers, it combines a sleek design and upcycled materials: denim from jeans collected in our store and details made from recycled material from recycled marine plastic waste.

Faced with textile overconsumption and the climate emergency, ME.LAND invites its customers to bring back their old, unused jeans. Collected, sorted, then handcrafted in Portugal, these forgotten denims find a second life in a line of sneakers combining design, durability, and commitment.

Sustainable and community-minded spirit

With our Portuguese artisans, and the © SEAQUAL INITIATIVE and © PETA VEGAN APPROVED organizations that label and support our project, we have developed the VIVACE sneaker.

We ensure that our artisans are paid fairly to maintain a decent wage and ensure their working comfort, because without their expertise, we would not exist!

We strive to limit our carbon footprint, which is why we source our materials within 20km of our factory and our packaging is recycled.

Working with SEAQUAL INITIATIVE allows us to have complete traceability of the nylons we use, and the PETA label certifies that we are committed to animal welfare and rights.

We could have launched an eco-responsible model using natural or organic materials, but that would also have meant producing and drawing on new resources. Why produce anew what already exists? This is what we promise you with our ME.LAND sneakers and shoes.

The VIVACE vegan sneakers in upcycled denim are designed for everyday use. They should be waterproofed before any use to protect them from dust or rain.
Nylon and denim can be cleaned with a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth to preserve colors and materials.
Avoid machine washing to preserve recycled materials.

Delivery

We have chosen not to outsource order preparation. Each order will therefore be prepared by a member of our team.

EUROPE

Shipping is free throughout Europe for orders over €80.

Delivery within 6 to 12 days depending on the destination.

In France, ME.LAND ships with Mondial Relay.

OTHER COUNTRIES

For countries outside Europe, ME.LAND requests a contribution of 15 to 70 euros for delivery depending on the country. This amount is high and we are working to reduce it as soon as possible. However, this does not cover the full cost, which is shared between ME.LAND and the buyer. Delivery will be handled and carried out by a recognized freight forwarder.

- Recycled nylon: ME.LAND uses nylon made from recycled ocean plastics, certified by SEAQUAL INITIATIVE. This material helps reduce plastic waste in the oceans while offering strong and breathable nylon, ideal for making durable sneakers.

- Apple leather: These innovative and biodegradable materials are obtained from food industry residues. Apple leather results from the waste of apple cores and peels recovered after compote production and transformed into a resistant and elegant vegan faux leather. - Recycled rubber soles: The soles of ME.LAND shoes are made from recycled rubber, thus reducing the ecological footprint of each pair.
