The ME.LAND eco-friendly sneakers were photographed at the Jean-Jacques Henner National Museum.
Jean-Jacques Henner was a late 19th-century painter inspired by classical Italian painting. More than just a museum, the artist's house that hosts his collections is a crossroads of arts in the heart of the Plaine Monceau, a district which, at the end of the 19th century, was the center of unprecedented artistic and intellectual effervescence.
Today, this museum-studio welcomes and encourages young talents from all disciplines, thus reconnecting with its primary vocation as a place of creation and artistic exchange. An obvious place for ME.LAND, which works with numerous artists: artisans, photographers, videographers, musicians, street artists, graphic designers, and illustrators...

For this photoshoot, ME.LAND asked several artists from the French music scene to be the face of the collection: Abel Cheret and Adrienne Pauly, DaM, Orfeu, The Rodeo, Rosy Teixeira. We didn't want to erase or appropriate their characters — each of them posed in their own style and chose the shoes they preferred.
